Unity Day

The students enjoyed celebrating Unity Day today.  It was great to see everyone united by the color orange.  Their unity chain is proudly displayed in our cafeteria.  Make sure you take a minute to ask your child about his/her link for the chain.

Sun, Fun and Exercise with the New England Revolution

The students had a blast visiting Gillette Stadium today.  All students were invited onto the field to complete a series of exercises.  We then walked one lap around the entire stadium before returning to our seats.  Once seated, we heard about proper nutrition, exercise and sleep habits that will help us maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Brad Knighton spoke to the students about proper nutrition.

Scott Caldwell spoke to the children about proper exercise routines and the importance of a good night's sleep.

Darkling Beetles

The students are so excited to report that after weeks of observing and waiting, we have finally seen our mealworms transform into darkling beetles.  In the picture below, you will notice two beetles.  The black one is a few days old, and the white one is just about finished with his transformation.
